We ship using a courier service that specializes in same-day delivery. You will receive a track & trace link and updates as soon as your order is on its way.
We deliver Monday to Friday. If you place your order on a working day before 23:59, your order will be delivered the next working day between 17:00 and 22:00. You will receive a track & trace link to keep you updated.

Yes, 100%. All our meat is unstunned, hand-slaughtered according to Islamic guidelines. This is independently certified by certifiers who approve only strict halal products and are always present at every slaughter they authorize.
Upon arrival, the animals are prepared for slaughter. They are placed in a production/slaughter line where it is essential that they do not witness other animals being slaughtered.
Chicken: placed in special cones to prevent them from seeing other chickens.
Lamb or cattle: guided one by one to the slaughter area.
They are then slaughtered with one quick cut without stunning, with immediate blood drainage according to halal guidelines. The entire process is monitored on-site by an independent certifier.
We work with independent halal certifiers who are always present during slaughtering and processing.
You can also check with the certifier directly by emailing them and asking if the batch number on your meat product exists in their system (The information about this is available on every product page).
Yes, all products include a batch sticker from the certifier. These contain unique batch numbers that allow them to verify whether the production was approved and certified. (Click here for our halal certification page)
